There are no formal qualifications needed to enter this role, however, employers may look for experience within a fleet environment and some qualifications in general business and administration.

Fleet controllers usually work a 37 hour week, although part time work or job share may be available depending on the employer. You will be office based and will be expected to carry out some of your work over the phone dealing with queries or generating potential business opportunities.
